Mechanical Design
Starboard Engineering takes pride in developing
mechanical drawings that are backed by a solid quality-control
plan. Based on our customers' needs, we offer different levels
of assistance. For example:
- Designing an engineering product that
will meet safety standards, prolong mechanical function,
detect mechanical interference and reduce manufacturing
costs.
- We can also offer assistance in creating
detailed drawings that will directly interface with our
customers’ manufacturing capabilities.

Inspection & Testing
Starboard Engineering has experience in
Inspecting and Testing pressure vessels including steel containers
and fiberglass reinforced plastics. Most of the systems that
we have encountered are heat exchangers, piping systems, air
compressors and water tanks (above ground). In working with
pressure vessels, no one can afford to make mistakes when
inspecting tanks. We offer the following services to ensure

Starboard Engineering, Inc. performs
root cause failure analysis and offers engineering-related
expert witness services to legal professionals, insurance
companies, and industrial firms to determine the cause of
accidents and product failures. We help our clients understand
the cause, and provide comprehensive engineering support services
in litigation.
At Starboard Engineering, we thoroughly
investigate the accident; analyze drawings, material specifications,
and supporting documentation. Finite element analysis is often
used to evaluate materials and fabrication / structural defects.
We relay results with in-depth, comprehensive
Expert Reports - our conclusions and testimony are based on
quantified results, which are easily understood, by judges
and juries. We prepare professional exhibits, graphics and
animations, which effectively demonstrate engineering principles
